注意事項(xiàng)：

本儀器為高壓試驗(yàn)設(shè)備，使用時(shí)必須注意以下幾點(diǎn)

1、儀器安裝時(shí)應(yīng)具有獨(dú)立的接地線。

2、在開(kāi)機(jī)前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。

3、儀器不能在有強(qiáng)烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。

4、試驗(yàn)環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對(duì)濕度60％到70％之間

5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正?，F(xiàn)象。

6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時(shí)必須用高壓放電棒對(duì)高壓電極進(jìn)行放電，放電時(shí)間5秒以上。

7、每次進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)前，必須檢查儀器接地。

整機(jī)組成：

升壓部件：由調(diào)壓器和高壓變壓器組成0～50KV的升壓部分。動(dòng)部件：由步進(jìn)電機(jī)均勻調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)壓器使加給高壓變壓器的電壓變化。檢測(cè)部件：由集成電路組成的測(cè)量電路。通過(guò)信號(hào)線把檢測(cè)的模擬信號(hào)和開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào)傳給計(jì)算機(jī)。計(jì)算機(jī)軟件：通過(guò)智能電路把由檢測(cè)設(shè)備采集的測(cè)控信號(hào)傳給計(jì)算機(jī)。計(jì)算機(jī)根據(jù)采集的信息控制設(shè)備運(yùn)行并處理試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。試驗(yàn)電極：根據(jù)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(1408.1-2006)隨設(shè)備提供三個(gè)電極，具體規(guī)格為：Ф25mm?25mm兩個(gè)；Ф75mm?25mm一個(gè)。（訂做除外）

交直流實(shí)驗(yàn)的切換

1）本儀器高壓輸出為交流電壓。直流的獲得方式為在原回路中串入高壓硅堆，使測(cè)試回路為脈動(dòng)的直流電壓。實(shí)現(xiàn)的過(guò)程為：硅堆已經(jīng)在高壓變壓器的高壓絕緣塔中，平時(shí)用一個(gè)短路桿把高壓硅堆短接。需要直流試驗(yàn)時(shí)，取出短路桿，使高壓硅堆接入測(cè)試電路中，這時(shí)回路的電壓為脈動(dòng)的直流電壓。

2）前面板直流交流選擇按鈕。該按鈕的狀態(tài)不能改變?cè)O(shè)備輸出的電壓性質(zhì)。按下該按鈕，設(shè)備僅僅是把直流報(bào)警電路接入。指示用戶，當(dāng)打開(kāi)箱門(mén)時(shí)，您需要對(duì)高壓均壓球放電。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)放電桿，使放電桿的端部銅球接觸高壓均壓球。建議用戶每次放電銅球接觸高壓均壓球時(shí)間大于五秒。

3）試驗(yàn)的交直流電壓切換，主要取決于高壓絕緣塔中的短路桿是否取出。當(dāng)取出短路桿時(shí)，高壓均壓球上的電壓為直流電壓，插入短路桿時(shí)，高壓均壓球上的電壓為交流電壓。短路桿的取出、插入?yún)⒖醋髠?cè)的示意圖。

Complete machine composition:

Step-up part: the step-up part of 0~50KV is composed of voltage regulator and high-voltage transformer. Moving parts: the voltage regulator is uniformly adjusted by the stepping motor to change the voltage applied to the high-voltage transformer. Detection component: measuring circuit composed of integrated circuits. The detected analog signal and switch signal are transmitted to the computer through the signal line. Computer software: transmit the measurement and control signals collected by the detection equipment to the computer through the intelligent circuit. The computer controls the equipment operation and processes the test results according to the collected information. Test electrode: according to the national standard (1408.1-2006), three electrodes are provided with the equipment, and the specific specifications are: Ф 25mm ? Two 25mm; Ф 75mm ? One 25mm. Switching of AC and DC experiments

1) The high voltage output of this instrument is AC voltage. The DC is obtained by serializing the high-voltage silicon stack in the original circuit, so that the test circuit is a pulsating DC voltage. The realization process is as follows: the silicon pile is already in the high-voltage insulation tower of the high-voltage transformer, and the high-voltage silicon pile is usually short-circuited with a short circuit pole. When DC test is required, take out the short circuit rod and connect the high voltage silicon pile into the test circuit. At this time, the circuit voltage is pulsating DC voltage.

2) Front panel DC AC selection button. The status of this button cannot change the nature of the output voltage of the device. Press this button to connect the DC alarm circuit. Instruct the user that you need to discharge the high-voltage equalizing ball when opening the box door. Turn the discharge rod so that the copper ball at the end of the discharge rod contacts the high-voltage equalizing ball. It is recommended that the user contact the high voltage equalizing ball for more than five seconds each time.

3) The AC/DC voltage switching of the test mainly depends on whether the short circuit pole in the high-voltage insulation tower is taken out. When the short-circuit bar is taken out, the voltage on the high-voltage equalizing ball is DC voltage; when the short-circuit bar is inserted, the voltage on the high-voltage equalizing ball is AC voltage. Refer to the schematic diagram on the left for the removal and insertion of the short circuit rod.

matters needing attention:

This instrument is a high-voltage test equipment. The following points must be noted when using it

1. The instrument shall be installed with independent grounding wire.

2. Before starting the machine, the operator should first be familiar with the operation method.

3. The instrument cannot be used in the gas environment with strong corrosive gas and particulate impurities.

4. The test ambient temperature is between 15 ℃ and 25 ℃, and the relative humidity is between 60% and 70%

5. It is normal for the sample to have sparks and sound at the moment of breakdown.

6. Each time the sample is replaced or the high-voltage electrode is contacted, the high-voltage electrode must be discharged with a high-voltage discharge rod for more than 5 seconds.

7. Before each test, the instrument grounding must be checked.
