塑料、樹(shù)脂耐電弧測(cè)試儀  主要適用范圍及功能：

本試驗(yàn)機(jī)是按照GB1411-2002 、IPC650、IEC61621、ASTMD495設(shè)計(jì)制造，并符合JEC149、UL746A等試驗(yàn)方法。

應(yīng)用于電機(jī)、電器和家用電器等行業(yè)的電工用塑料、樹(shù)脂膠和絕緣漆等絕緣材料的耐電弧性能評(píng)定。

主要適用于固體絕緣材料如：塑料、薄膜、樹(shù)脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣油、絕緣漆、紙板等介質(zhì)的耐電弧性能測(cè)試；

耐電弧試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制，試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中可在線觀察試驗(yàn)曲線；自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)試驗(yàn)條件及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果等數(shù)據(jù)，并可存取、顯示、打印。

安全防護(hù)措施：

操作步驟：

1、 拉開(kāi)有機(jī)玻璃門，放置好電極與試樣，用測(cè)量塊測(cè)量好兩個(gè)電極之間的距離并固定住兩個(gè)電極；連接上高壓端的高壓線與低壓端的地線，連接好試驗(yàn)主機(jī)與實(shí)驗(yàn)室的接地線，關(guān)上有機(jī)玻璃門（注意：如果門沒(méi)有關(guān)好，按下試驗(yàn)按鈕不會(huì)響應(yīng)）；

2、 打開(kāi)試驗(yàn)主機(jī)電源并預(yù)熱10—15分鐘（注意：試驗(yàn)主機(jī)與電腦的電源不能公用一個(gè)電源），初始狀態(tài)為停止按鈕上的紅色指示燈亮，試驗(yàn)按鈕上的綠色指示燈滅；打開(kāi)電腦，準(zhǔn)備試驗(yàn)；

3、 打開(kāi)耐電弧實(shí)驗(yàn)軟件，設(shè)置試驗(yàn)參數(shù)；

4、 按下“試驗(yàn)按鈕”（綠色指示燈亮，紅色指示燈滅），點(diǎn)擊“10mA 1/8通7/8段”（即階段1），當(dāng)60s后自動(dòng)停止高壓（注意：綠色指示燈是亮的，試驗(yàn)時(shí)間不可更改不要拉開(kāi)有機(jī)玻璃門），再點(diǎn)擊“10mA 1/4通3/4段”（即階段2），當(dāng)60s后自動(dòng)停止高壓，再點(diǎn)擊“10mA 1/4通1/4段”（即階段3），當(dāng)60s后自動(dòng)停止高壓，再點(diǎn)擊“10mA連續(xù)”（即階段4），當(dāng)60s后自動(dòng)停止高壓；再點(diǎn)擊“20mA連續(xù)”（即階段5），每個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)階段的試驗(yàn)時(shí)間為60s，60s后如果試樣沒(méi)有擊穿，接在點(diǎn)擊“30 mA連續(xù)”（即階段6）如果60s后沒(méi)有擊穿，再點(diǎn)擊“40 mA連續(xù)”（即階段7）60s后停止，按下“停止按鈕”（綠色指示燈滅，紅色指示燈亮）；

如果試樣在某個(gè)階段被擊穿，這時(shí)實(shí)驗(yàn)人員需要點(diǎn)擊“結(jié)束試驗(yàn)”，并按下“停止按鈕”（綠色指示燈滅，紅色指示燈亮）來(lái)停止試驗(yàn)，拉開(kāi)有機(jī)玻璃門更換試樣，重復(fù)上述步驟試驗(yàn)；

5、 一組試驗(yàn)為5次，做完一組實(shí)驗(yàn)后如需保存請(qǐng)點(diǎn)擊“保存文件”，保存后再點(diǎn)擊“下組實(shí)驗(yàn)”接著做下一組；

 Operating steps:
1. Open the organic glass door, place the electrode and sample, measure the distance between the two electrodes with a measuring block, and fix the two electrodes; Connect the high voltage wire at the high voltage end to the ground wire at the low voltage end, connect the ground wire between the test host and the laboratory, and close the organic glass door (note: if the door is not closed properly, pressing the test button will not respond);
2. Turn on the power supply of the test host and preheat for 10-15 minutes (note: the power supply of the test host and computer cannot share the same power supply). The initial state is that the red indicator light on the stop button is on, and the green indicator light on the test button is off; Turn on the computer and prepare for the experiment;
3. Open the arc resistance test software and set the test parameters;
4. Press the "Test button" (green indicator light on, red indicator light off), click on "10mA 1/8 connection 7/8 section" (i.e. stage 1), automatically stop the high voltage after 60 seconds (note: the green indicator light is on, the test time cannot be changed, do not open the organic glass door), then click on "10mA 1/4 connection 3/4 section" (i.e. stage 2), automatically stop the high voltage after 60 seconds, and then click on "10mA 1/4 connection 1/4 section" (i.e. stage 3), Automatically stop the high voltage after 60 seconds, then click on "10mA continuous" (i.e. stage 4), and automatically stop the high voltage after 60 seconds; Click on "20mA continuous" (i.e. stage 5) again, and the test time for each experimental stage is 60 seconds. If the sample does not breakdown after 60 seconds, then click on "30 mA continuous" (i.e. stage 6). If there is no breakdown after 60 seconds, click on "40 mA continuous" (i.e. stage 7) for 60 seconds and stop. Press the "stop button" (the green indicator light is off and the red indicator light is on);
If the sample is broken down at a certain stage, the experimenter needs to click on "End Test" and press the "Stop Button" (the green indicator light is off and the red indicator light is on) to stop the test. Open the organic glass door to replace the sample, and repeat the above steps for testing;
5. A set of experiments lasts for 5 times. If you need to save after completing a set of experiments, please click "Save File". After saving, click "Next Group Experiment" to continue with the next set;

注意事項(xiàng)：

1、 嚴(yán)禁試驗(yàn)主機(jī)與實(shí)驗(yàn)室的地線不接就直接開(kāi)始做試驗(yàn)；

2、 不要在實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)打開(kāi)有機(jī)玻璃門；

3、 嚴(yán)禁試驗(yàn)主機(jī)電源與電腦的電源共用一個(gè)；

4、 嚴(yán)禁熱插撥串口通訊線（正確操作為，關(guān)掉試驗(yàn)主機(jī)電源再拔下通訊線）；

5、 如果試驗(yàn)中有事需要離開(kāi)，請(qǐng)點(diǎn)擊“結(jié)束試驗(yàn)”并按下紅色“停止按鈕”，關(guān)掉試驗(yàn)主機(jī)電源后再離開(kāi)；
