    100KV直流耐電壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)機(jī)  注意事項(xiàng):

    本儀器為高壓試驗(yàn)設(shè)備,使用時(shí)必須注意以下幾點(diǎn)

    1、儀器安裝時(shí)應(yīng)具有獨(dú)立的接地線。

    2、在開機(jī)前,操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。

    3、儀器不能在有強(qiáng)烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。

    4、試驗(yàn)環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間,相對濕度60%到70%之間

    5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響,屬正常現(xiàn)象。

    6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時(shí)必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進(jìn)行放電,放電時(shí)間5秒以上。

    7、每次進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)前,必須檢查儀器接地。

     

    100KV直流耐電壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)機(jī)   介電擊穿強(qiáng)度是指在強(qiáng)電場作用下,電介質(zhì)喪失電絕緣能力的現(xiàn)象。分為固體電介質(zhì)擊穿,液體電介質(zhì)擊穿和氣體電介質(zhì)擊穿3種。

     

    固體電介質(zhì)擊穿

    導(dǎo)致?lián)舸┑淖畹团R界電壓稱為擊穿電壓.均勻電場中,擊穿電壓與介質(zhì)厚度之比稱為擊穿電場強(qiáng)度(簡稱擊穿場強(qiáng),又稱介電強(qiáng)度).它反映固體電介質(zhì)自身的耐電強(qiáng)度.不均勻電場中,擊穿電壓與擊穿處介質(zhì)厚度之比稱為平均擊穿場強(qiáng),它低于均勻電場中固體介質(zhì)的介電強(qiáng)度.固體介質(zhì)擊穿后,由于有巨大電流通過,介質(zhì)中會(huì)出現(xiàn)熔化或燒焦的通道,或出現(xiàn)裂紋.脆性介質(zhì)擊穿時(shí),常發(fā)生材料的碎裂,可據(jù)此破碎非金屬礦石.

    固體電介質(zhì)擊穿有3種形式:電擊穿,熱擊穿和電化學(xué)擊穿.

    電擊穿是因電場使電介質(zhì)中積聚起足夠數(shù)量和能量的帶電質(zhì)點(diǎn)而導(dǎo)致電介質(zhì)失去絕緣性能.熱擊穿是因在電場作用下,電介質(zhì)內(nèi)部熱量積累,溫度過高而導(dǎo)致失去絕緣能力.電化學(xué)擊穿是在電場,溫度等因素作用下,電介質(zhì)發(fā)生緩慢的化學(xué)變化,性能逐漸劣化,最終喪失絕緣能力.固體電介質(zhì)的化學(xué)變化通常使其電導(dǎo)增加,這會(huì)使介質(zhì)的溫度上升,因而電化學(xué)擊穿的最終形式是熱擊穿.溫度和電壓作用時(shí)間對電擊穿的影響小,對熱擊穿和電化學(xué)擊穿的影響大;電場局部不均勻性對熱擊穿的影響小,對其他兩種影響大.

     

    液體電介質(zhì)擊穿

    純凈液體電介質(zhì)與含雜質(zhì)的工程液體電介質(zhì)的擊穿機(jī)理不同.對前者主要有電擊穿理論和氣泡擊穿理論,對后者有氣體橋擊穿理論.沿液體和固體電介質(zhì)分界面的放電現(xiàn)象稱為液體電介質(zhì)中的沿面放電.這種放電不僅使液體變質(zhì),而且放電產(chǎn)生的熱作用和劇烈的壓力變化可能使固體介質(zhì)內(nèi)產(chǎn)生氣泡.經(jīng)多次作用會(huì)使固體介質(zhì)出現(xiàn)分層,開裂現(xiàn)象,放電有可能在固體介質(zhì)內(nèi)發(fā)展,絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)的擊穿電壓因此下降.脈沖電壓下液體電介質(zhì)擊穿時(shí),常出現(xiàn)強(qiáng)力氣體沖擊波(即電水錘),可用于水下探礦,橋墩探傷及人體內(nèi)臟結(jié)石的體外破碎.

     

    氣體電介質(zhì)擊穿

    在電場作用下氣體分子發(fā)生碰撞電離而導(dǎo)致電極間的貫穿性放電.其影響因素很多,主要有作用電壓,電板形狀,氣體的性質(zhì)及狀態(tài)等.氣體介質(zhì)擊穿常見的有直流電壓擊穿,工頻電壓擊穿,高氣壓電擊穿,沖擊電壓擊穿,高真空電擊穿,負(fù)電性氣體擊穿等.空氣是很好的氣體絕緣材料,電離場強(qiáng)和擊穿場強(qiáng)高,擊穿后能迅速恢復(fù)絕緣性能,且不燃,不爆,不老化,無腐蝕性,因而得到廣泛應(yīng)用.為提供高電壓輸電線或變電所的空氣間隙距離的設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)(高壓輸電線應(yīng)離地面多高等),需進(jìn)行長空氣間隙的工頻擊穿試驗(yàn).

    介電強(qiáng)度是一種材料作為絕緣體時(shí)的電強(qiáng)度的量度.它定義為試樣被擊穿時(shí),單位厚度承受的最大電壓,表示為伏特每單位厚度.物質(zhì)的介電強(qiáng)度越大,它作為絕緣體的質(zhì)量越好.

    介電強(qiáng)度,是材料抗高電壓而不產(chǎn)生介電擊穿能力的量度,將試樣放置在電極之間,并通過一系列的步驟升高所施加的電壓直到發(fā)生介電擊穿,以次測量介電強(qiáng)度。盡管所得的結(jié)果是以kv/mm為單位的,但并不表明與試樣的厚度無關(guān)。因此,只有在試樣厚度相同的條件下得到各種材料的數(shù)據(jù)才有可比性。

    安全說明:

    1、設(shè)備要安裝單獨(dú)的保護(hù)地線。接保護(hù)地線,主要是減少試樣擊穿時(shí)對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強(qiáng)的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計(jì)算機(jī)失控。

    2、直流試驗(yàn)放電報(bào)警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗(yàn)時(shí),當(dāng)開啟試驗(yàn)門時(shí)設(shè)備會(huì)自動(dòng)報(bào)警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報(bào)警會(huì)自動(dòng)取消.(注:因?yàn)橹绷髟囼?yàn)后不放電會(huì)危險(xiǎn)到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成傷害)。

    3、試驗(yàn)放電裝置,隨主機(jī)為一體化,改進(jìn)了以往單獨(dú)配備一根放電桿的功能。

    4、該試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項(xiàng)保護(hù)措施,主要有:過流保護(hù)、失壓保護(hù)、漏電保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、直流試驗(yàn)放電報(bào)警等。

    Safety instructions:

    1. The equipment needs to be equipped with a separate protective grounding wire. Grounding protection is mainly used to reduce the strong electromagnetic interference caused by the breakdown of the sample to the surrounding area. It can also prevent the computer from losing control.

    2. DC test discharge alarm function: When the equipment completes the DC test, the device will automatically alarm when the test door is opened, and the alarm will be automatically cancelled after the discharge device on the equipment is used for discharge (Note: Failure to discharge electricity after DC testing can pose a danger to personal safety, and the electrode cannot be directly taken to remind users to discharge to avoid injury).

    整機(jī)組成:

    試樣的處理

    ⑴用綢布蘸對試樣無腐蝕作用的溶劑,擦凈試樣。

    ⑵預(yù)處理和條件處理:處理?xiàng)l件和方法可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的性能要求從本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)附錄表1和表2中選取。有特殊要求的可由產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)另行規(guī)定。

    ⑶絕緣材料的電氣強(qiáng)度隨溫度和含水量而變化。除被試材料已有規(guī)定外者,試樣應(yīng)在23?2℃,相對濕度(50?5)%的條件下處理不少于24h。

    ⑷經(jīng)過受潮或浸液體媒質(zhì)的試樣在試驗(yàn)前應(yīng)用濾紙輕輕吸去液滴,從試樣取出到試驗(yàn)完畢不應(yīng)超過5分鐘。

    Sample processing

    Dip a silk cloth in a solvent that has no corrosive effect on the sample and wipe it clean.

    ⑵ Preprocessing and Conditional Processing: The processing conditions and methods can be selected from Appendix Table 1 and Table 2 of this standard based on the performance requirements of the product. Special requirements may be specified separately by product standards.

    The electrical strength of insulation materials varies with temperature and moisture content. Unless otherwise specified for the test material, the sample should be treated for at least 24 hours under conditions of 23 ? 2 ℃ and relative humidity (50 ? 5)%.

    The sample that has been dampened or immersed in liquid media should be gently removed with filter paper before the test. The time from taking out the sample to the end of the test should not exceed 5 minutes.
