用途Usage：

把石墨片材壓延到適當(dāng)厚度與底膜貼合到一起形成卷材，表面無裂痕、無壓痕、無損傷。
To press the graphite sheet to suitable thickness and to laminating graphite with back film and finially make it in roll shape. No cracks, no indentation and no damage on the material surface.

1．主操作采用觸摸式操作介面，直觀明了，操作便捷。

2．主機(jī)采用兩馬達(dá)分別控制兩根軋輥，動力穩(wěn)定，旋轉(zhuǎn)順暢。
Two motors control two rolls which makes power stable and rotation more smooth.
3．電器部分采用德國西門子，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。
Electrical parts are from Germany Siemens, more stable.
4.片材生產(chǎn)，采用自動化程序控制，前后間距?1mm。
Sheet processed by full auto programmable control, separation distance?1mm.
5.主機(jī)兩側(cè)分別配備收卷和放卷機(jī)構(gòu)，進(jìn)行卷材生產(chǎn)。
    Unwind part and rewind part are in the two sides of machines.
6.配備美國進(jìn)口液壓缸，精密液壓站，壓力調(diào)節(jié)范圍，壓力穩(wěn)定。
Hydraulic cylinder is imported from UAS, high-precision hydraulic station, pressure is stalbe.
7.配備收放料EPC糾偏裝置,使材料進(jìn)入主機(jī)和出料時，在同一基準(zhǔn)線上不偏移。

8.主機(jī)軋輥采用特殊鋼材鍛打精加工而成，硬度，抗壓能力強(qiáng)。
Main rolls are made of special steel, high hardness, high pressure tolerance.
