原理: Principle:

已知量的粉體，在液壓動力下壓縮體積至設定壓力值或壓強，在線測量粉體電阻、電阻率、電導率，并記錄數(shù)據(jù).

解決粉體難壓片成型或壓片取出測量誤差.

步驟及流程

1.運行高度清零.

2.將稱重樣品裝入模腔.

3.固定上電極旋鈕.

4.在顯示器上設置好參數(shù).

5.達到設定壓力或壓強值.

6.讀取樣品壓縮高度數(shù)據(jù)并輸入.

7.獲得電阻、電阻率、電導率數(shù)據(jù).

8.記錄數(shù)據(jù).

9.樣品脫模

適用范圍：Scope of application

適用于鋰電池材料、石墨烯、石墨類、碳素粉末、焦化、石化、粉末冶金、高等院校、科研部門，是檢驗和分析導電粉末樣品質(zhì)量的一種工具。

測試前準備工作：

開機預熱：將220V電源插頭插入電源插座，打開電源開關，讓儀器預熱15

分鐘，保證測試數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定。若測試儀無法正常啟動，請按以下步驟檢查：

①檢查電源線是否接觸良好；

②檢查后面板上的電源開關是否已經(jīng)打開

③檢查保險絲是否熔斷，如有必要，請更換保險絲

④如經(jīng)上述檢查無誤后，測試儀仍未正常啟動，請聯(lián)系本公司進行解決。

本儀器采用4.3 吋大液晶屏幕顯示，同時顯示電阻值、電阻率、方阻、電導率值、溫度、壓強值、單位自動換算，配置不同的測試治具可以滿足不同材料的測試要求。測試治具可以根據(jù)產(chǎn)品及測試項目要求選購.使用薄膜按鍵開關面板，操作簡單，耐用，符合人體工學操作規(guī)范.

使用者的修改

使用者不得自行更改機器的線路或零件，如被更改機器后保修則自動失效并且本公司不負任何事故責任。在保修內(nèi)使用未經(jīng)我公司認可的零件或附件造成故障也不予保證。如發(fā)現(xiàn)送回檢修的機器被更改，將機器的電路和零件修復回原來設計的狀態(tài)，并收取修護費用。

拆封和檢查

產(chǎn)品是包裝在一個使用木箱泡綿保護的包裝箱內(nèi)，如果收到時的包裝箱有破損，請檢查機器的外觀是否有無變形、刮傷、或面板損壞等。如果有損壞，請立即通知制造廠或其經(jīng)銷商。并請保留包裝箱和泡綿，以便了解發(fā)生的原因。

我們的服務中心會幫您解決。在未通知制造廠或其經(jīng)銷商前，請勿立即退回產(chǎn)品。

Preparation before testing:

Power on preheating: Insert the 220V power plug into the power socket， turn on the power switch， and let the instrument preheat for 15 minutes

二、產(chǎn)品自客戶驗收之日起，免費保修2年，終身維修。

1、設備安裝調(diào)試：

免費為用戶提供所購儀器的安裝調(diào)試服務。在進行安裝調(diào)試前用戶方應提供相應的準備工作，并予以提前通知，具體安裝調(diào)試日期雙方可以協(xié)商而定。設備安裝調(diào)試由多年行業(yè)資深工程師免費進行。保證用戶可以正確使用、軟件操作和一般維護以及應及故障的處理。

2、培 訓：

我公司工程師免費為用戶提供操作人員培訓，直到操作人員能獨立操作為止。

3、設備驗收標準：用戶方按訂貨技術(shù)要求進行驗收。并符合國家標準要求。設備驗收在用戶方進行并由我公司安裝調(diào)試技術(shù)人員和用戶共同在維修報告上簽字以確認儀器的調(diào)試工作完成。

4、設備維修服務：

我公司產(chǎn)品自用戶現(xiàn)場調(diào)試驗收合格后1年內(nèi)免費保修，終身維護。在1年免費保修期內(nèi)產(chǎn)品發(fā)生非人為質(zhì)量問題，我公司為客戶提供免費維修。如產(chǎn)品在免費保修期外出現(xiàn)故障，維修服務只適當收取材料成本費。

5、技術(shù)支持：對于所需儀器的用戶，根據(jù)用戶的要求提供專業(yè)的技術(shù)方案。除了常規(guī)的儀器服務外，我公司技術(shù)部還可為用戶提供各種非常規(guī)設備的技術(shù)支持。

6、售后響應：在接到用戶維修邀請后，2小時內(nèi)做出反應，并給予解決。如未解決，我公司指派工程師及時到達用戶現(xiàn)場，解決問題至設備正常使用為止。
