關(guān)于組織參加2024年德國(guó)
慕尼黑國(guó)際電子元器件博覽會(huì)的通知
各有關(guān)單位：
為繼續(xù)開拓我國(guó)電子產(chǎn)品的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)，促進(jìn)我國(guó)電子外貿(mào)的發(fā)展，我公司將再次組團(tuán)參加2024年11月12—15日在德國(guó)慕尼黑新慕尼黑展覽貿(mào)易中心舉辦的2024年德國(guó)慕尼黑國(guó)際電子元器件展覽會(huì)（electronica 2024）。
一、展會(huì)介紹

該博覽會(huì)始于1964年，兩年一屆，是歐洲及世界上規(guī)模最大和影響最廣的電子元器件專業(yè)博覽會(huì)之一，至今已經(jīng)成功舉辦了28屆，世界上電子及檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的元件和組件行業(yè)主要供貨商均參加該展。2022年該展展出14個(gè)專業(yè)展館，共有來(lái)自全球51個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的2,140家公司參展，其中有62%的參展商來(lái)自德國(guó)本土外的其他國(guó)家。展覽會(huì)接待了來(lái)自102個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的專業(yè)貿(mào)易觀眾69,783人，取得了空前的成功。
我司二十多年來(lái)連續(xù)組織國(guó)內(nèi)電子生產(chǎn)、研發(fā)和外貿(mào)企業(yè)參加該展，均取得很好的展貿(mào)效果。2022年中國(guó)參展商根據(jù)各自的產(chǎn)品類別分布于17個(gè)專業(yè)展區(qū)內(nèi)，貿(mào)易成交1,200萬(wàn)美元，意向成交2,200萬(wàn)美元，接待了來(lái)自90多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的7,500余名貿(mào)易客戶。
二、展出內(nèi)容
電子元器件及組件，電子材料，高、低壓電源及開關(guān)設(shè)備，控制元件，電路保護(hù)器件，電源，電池，低壓線纜，連接線，線束，機(jī)電元件及連接技術(shù)，天線技術(shù)，無(wú)源元件，硅晶體器件，電子原材料，稀土，磁粉，磁芯，變壓器，線圈，微電機(jī)，焊接技術(shù)，半導(dǎo)體器件，絕緣材料，磁性材料及產(chǎn)品，接插器件，電聲配件，集線器，喇叭，蜂鳴器，光電子，光伏產(chǎn)品，光熱產(chǎn)品、光纖組件及連接器技術(shù)，顯示器件，TFT-LCD，液晶器件，LCD/LED器件及技術(shù)，LED照明，清潔能源產(chǎn)品，電子測(cè)試儀器及儀表，PCB設(shè)計(jì)與制版，電子生產(chǎn)工藝，封裝，電子生產(chǎn)設(shè)備等。
三、參展費(fèi)用：
1. 注冊(cè)費(fèi)：2,500元/參展單位
2. 會(huì)刊費(fèi)：9,000元/參展單位
3. 展位費(fèi)：48,000元/9平方米
角位費(fèi)：2,500元（雙開口展位）
光地費(fèi)：410歐元/平方米（20平方米起訂）
光地搭建費(fèi)：按實(shí)際發(fā)生收取。
4. 參展人員費(fèi)：按實(shí)際發(fā)生收取。
5. 簽證費(fèi)：按實(shí)際發(fā)生收取。
6. 展品運(yùn)輸費(fèi)：按展品貨量和《運(yùn)輸指南》中的運(yùn)費(fèi)費(fèi)率計(jì)算收取?！哆\(yùn)輸指南》另發(fā)。
注：凡在2022年參加我司該團(tuán)組的企業(yè)每單位優(yōu)惠2,500元人民幣。
我司將按照《中小企業(yè)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)開拓資金管理（試行）辦法》等有關(guān)規(guī)定，協(xié)助符合要求的參展單位申請(qǐng)“中小企業(yè)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)開拓資金”。如獲批準(zhǔn)，即可享受此項(xiàng)優(yōu)惠。
四、報(bào)名參展手續(xù)：
請(qǐng)您仔細(xì)閱讀！
在充分了解展會(huì)有關(guān)情況的基礎(chǔ)上，申請(qǐng)參展的單位自愿履行如下手續(xù)：
1、申請(qǐng)參展的單位請(qǐng)認(rèn)真逐項(xiàng)填寫附件1《出國(guó)參展申請(qǐng)表》和附件2《參展產(chǎn)品分類表》，經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)簽字并加蓋公章后，在報(bào)名截止日期前郵寄或傳真至我司。我司將根據(jù)展商參展的產(chǎn)品分別向展覽當(dāng)局申請(qǐng)相應(yīng)的專業(yè)館攤位。（相關(guān)信息見(jiàn)“七、聯(lián)系方式”）。
2、在報(bào)名的同時(shí)，將20,000元展位預(yù)訂金（20平米以上攤位的預(yù)訂金為30,000元）匯至我司賬戶（相關(guān)信息見(jiàn)“六、銀行賬戶信息”），報(bào)名方有效。匯款務(wù)請(qǐng)注明“2024年慕尼黑元器件展”字樣。參照國(guó)際展會(huì)的參展規(guī)范，本著參展自愿、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)共擔(dān)的原則，報(bào)名后退展的單位，注冊(cè)費(fèi)、會(huì)刊費(fèi)將不予退回。報(bào)名截止日期后退展的單位，注冊(cè)費(fèi)、會(huì)刊費(fèi)、展位預(yù)訂金均不予退回。
3、我司在收到上述1、2中的兩份表格和費(fèi)用后，將統(tǒng)一向各參展單位確認(rèn)展位，安排相關(guān)事宜。展位分配將考慮報(bào)名及付款先后次序。我司保留展位分配的權(quán)力。
4、參展單位須配合我司的組團(tuán)工作，在告知的規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)辦理各項(xiàng)手續(xù)（如：支付參展費(fèi)用、辦理護(hù)照及簽證申請(qǐng)、安排展品運(yùn)輸、確認(rèn)行程安排等）。因參展單位未能在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)辦理手續(xù)而導(dǎo)致參展工作無(wú)法順利進(jìn)行的，參展單位承擔(dān)全部責(zé)任，與我司無(wú)關(guān)。
5、參展單位在我司告知的規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)辦理各項(xiàng)手續(xù)，而因所有參展人員的簽證申請(qǐng)被拒導(dǎo)致無(wú)法參展的，我司將從降低參展單位損失的考慮出發(fā)，妥善處理，但已發(fā)生且不能取消的費(fèi)用將由參展單位承擔(dān)。
6、參展單位因未在我司告知的規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)辦理手續(xù)或其他自身原因?qū)е聼o(wú)法參展的，除按上述2辦理外，參展單位還須承擔(dān)已發(fā)生的其他費(fèi)用。我司保留對(duì)其展位進(jìn)行處理的權(quán)力。
7、參展單位自覺(jué)遵守展會(huì)所在國(guó)的法律法規(guī)。尊重他人的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，保證不在展會(huì)上展出侵權(quán)或可能侵權(quán)的產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)，同時(shí)，加強(qiáng)對(duì)自身知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的保護(hù)工作。參展單位因在國(guó)外違法行為（包括涉嫌侵權(quán)）引起的法律糾紛，需自行解決，與我司無(wú)關(guān)。
8、由于不可抗力因素或非我司責(zé)任導(dǎo)致出展計(jì)劃無(wú)法履行的，我司應(yīng)及時(shí)通知各參展單位，并退回參展單位已交付的除已發(fā)生費(fèi)用外的其余款項(xiàng)。
