地鏈式自動噴漆烘道流水線：

1、用于鞋跟、開關(guān)、紐扣、瓶蓋等大批量生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的流水線。

2、由水簾拒、烘道、軌道、鏈條、自轉(zhuǎn)、傳動座等組成。

3、鏈條采用專用地鏈鏈條，軌道用鋼板或不銹鋼板彎邊成型，專制自轉(zhuǎn)夾具。

4、產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過靜電除塵-----噴底漆-----底漆烘干-----底漆冷卻-----下件真空鍍膜-----噴UV面漆-----面漆烘干-----面漆冷卻-----下件，整線全自動操作，人工操作極少并且產(chǎn)量大。
