Ω型自動靜電烘道流水線產品簡介：
1、利用靜電吸附原理，不規(guī)則產品形狀也可適用于此噴涂。比傳統(tǒng)的噴漆節(jié)省油漆,適用批量生產的產品。
2、由噴涂系統(tǒng)、過濾凈化系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)三大部分組成。
3、噴涂時油漆由精密輸漆泵送入噴盤經氣動馬達高速運轉和靜電的作用下形成漆霉,漆霧由靜電吸涂在自轉帶地的工件上，達到高質量的噴涂效果。
4、整個程序可由PLC電氣控制系統(tǒng)自動處理。
