1、利用靜電吸附原理，不規(guī)則產(chǎn)品形狀也可適用于此噴涂。比傳統(tǒng)的噴漆節(jié)省油漆,適用批量生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品。
2、由噴涂系統(tǒng)、過濾凈化系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)三大部分組成。
3、噴涂時油漆由精密輸漆泵送入噴盤經(jīng)氣動馬達高速運轉(zhuǎn)和靜電的作用下形成漆霉,漆霧由靜電吸涂在自轉(zhuǎn)帶地的工件上，達到高質(zhì)量的噴涂效果。
4、整個程序可由PLC電氣控制系統(tǒng)自動處理。
